How do I receive my programs?

After purchasing you will receive a purchase confirmation email and you will also receive a email containing your username and password to the members area. Please be aware the guides are ONLY accessible in the members area and are not downloadable.

I have not received my confirmation email?

You should be expecting your order confirmation email within an hour. Please also check your junk / spam folders to see if the confirmation email is there.  If you still have any issues, please contact the support team below.

Will the programs expire?

No, once you purchase a program you will always have access to that program unless you choose to cancel your membership.

What is your refund policy?

Please be aware there will be NO REFUNDS after purchase. If you have purchased the wrong program this can be changed for you as long as you request this within 24 hours of purchase.

Can I purchase your programs internationally?

Yes, my guide is available in all countries.

Why won’t my payment go through?

When using you card instead of PayPal your bank may be cautious with you making an international purchase. Please, get in touch with your bank to see if they can help to resolve the issue or try using another card or payment method.
